With this series I want to show the layers, not only of the artworks but also the importance of layers in life. The selfie or another face, hand, or what so ever, appears or disappears behind and in the layers of paint. All shapes are mixed together so the selfie has no promintent role.
De transparency and the bright colors become even brighter by the sublime print on luxurious plexiglass. Beautiful is also the museumplexiglass where you see no reflection.
